Air Digital provides performance marketing and strategic consulting services, including but not limited to:
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
Paid social advertising (Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms)
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and AI-ready content strategy
Website and landing page strategy
Conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio)
Audit services (including Google Ads, tracking, and account health checks)
Digital strategy and growth consulting
Email marketing (EDMs) and campaign strategy
All services are tailored to the client. Scope may evolve over time to align with performance, data insights, and business objectives.
Performance Disclaimer
Air Digital is committed to delivering high-quality strategy and execution.
However, due to the nature of digital marketing and reliance on third-party platforms, we can not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to leads, revenue, conversion rates, or return on ad spend (ROAS).
Fees & Payment
Fees are structured as agreed at the commencement of each engagement (e.g. retainers, project-based work, or audits).
Invoices must be paid within agreed terms. Air Digital reserves the right to pause or withhold services where payments are overdue.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide timely access to required platforms (e.g. Google Ads, GA4, CMS, CRM)
Supply accurate and up-to-date business information
Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
Allow sufficient time for campaign setup and implementation, typically 2–7 business days depending on scope.
Delays in access, approvals, or communication may impact timelines and performance outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their advertising accounts and final deliverables upon full payment.
Air Digital retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, strategic approaches, templates, and internal processes developed or used during the engagement.
These may not be reused, replicated, or distributed without written permission.
AI & Technology Use
Air Digital may utilise advanced tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to support research, analysis, content creation, and campaign optimisation.
These tools are used responsibly to enhance efficiency and performance. We take reasonable steps to ensure client data is handled appropriately.
Third-Party Platforms
Services are delivered across third-party platforms including (but not limited to) Google, Meta, and analytics tools.
Air Digital is not responsible for platform changes, algorithm updates, policy restrictions, account suspensions, or external factors that may impact performance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.
Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential.
Clients agree not to share Air Digital’s strategies, frameworks, or materials with third parties without prior consent.
End of Engagement
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice (typically 30 days unless otherwise agreed).
Air Digital will support a smooth transition where required. Any outstanding invoices remain payable.
Website Use
All content on this website, including text, frameworks, and materials, is the property of Air Digital and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Variation of Terms
Air Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
